How does the free trial work?
Sign up and your HQ, owners portal, guest app and website are ready in a couple of minutes. The trial lasts 14 days and covers up to 10 properties. Add a card whenever you're ready; you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Do I need to connect my Airbnb account?
No. Calendars sync using the calendar link every platform gives you, so there are no passwords to share and nothing to break.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Everyone starts on yourname.strmanagement.com.au, and we can switch your website and portals to your own domain.
Who can see my data?
Each business has its own separate database. Our support team can only open your HQ if you've allowed it in Settings, and when they do, your team sees a banner and every action is logged.
Can I change plans?
Any time, from Billing in your HQ. Moving up or down is adjusted on your next invoice.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account is paused, not deleted. Choose a plan and everything switches back on as you left it.
